Blink (Bundle ID: com.MASIYA.Blink, hereinafter "the App") is developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Key point: The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device only.
This policy is effective as of April 17, 2026. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This policy is available at any time via the App Store listing and this page.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, or other identifying information
- Location data
- Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
- Usage analytics or crash reports
Data stored locally on your device only (we cannot access this):
- Recent signal history
- Favorite phrases
- App preferences (transmission channel, speed, night mode, etc.)
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases (unlocking Pro features including all phrase categories, flash colors, favorites, and more). All purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not access, collect, or store any of your payment information (including credit card numbers, bank accounts, etc.). Transaction information is managed by Apple in accordance with its privacy policy.
4. Camera (Morse Code Scanner)
The Morse Code Scanner feature requires camera access to capture and decode incoming light signals. Camera data is not recorded, stored, or uploaded — it is used only for real-time brightness analysis and signal decoding.
5. Flashlight Hardware Access
The App controls the device flashlight via AVCaptureDevice to transmit light signals. This operation:
- Only activates when you actively send a signal
- Does not involve any network communication
- Includes built-in temperature and battery monitoring for hardware safety
- Can be stopped at any time
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell, transfer, or share any personal information with third parties. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.
7. Data Security
Your data security relies on iOS sandbox mechanisms and device encryption. To permanently delete all data, simply delete the App from your iOS device.
In the event of a security incident that may affect user data, we will notify you within a reasonable time through app updates or on this page.
8. Minors' Protection
The App is an offline light signal communication tool suitable for users of all ages. Since the App does not collect any personal information, there is no scenario in which a minor's personal data could be collected or processed. The App involves flashing light features — users with photosensitive epilepsy should exercise caution. We recommend that minors use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws (including China's Personal Information Protection Law), you have the right to access, copy, correct, and delete your personal information. Since we collect no personal information, no data access or deletion request to us is needed. To delete all locally stored data, simply delete the App from your device.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes, we will notify you through app update notes or a prominent notice on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App.

12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law.
