1. General

Image to PDF (the "App") is independently developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the entirety of this disclaimer.

2. "As Is" Provision

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

3. Functionality Statement

The App is an image-to-PDF tool. All image processing and PDF generation happens locally on device, including:

  • Importing images from Photos or Files and merging them into a single PDF
  • Long-press drag-to-reorder and per-image removal
  • A4, original size, and print-friendly page formats
  • Portrait or landscape orientation
  • Post-generation preview, save to Files, or share via the system share sheet
  • In-app purchases (to unlock unlimited PDF generation)

The App does not provide: OCR text recognition, PDF editing or annotation, PDF compression, cloud backup, cross-device sync, file decryption, or scanner hardware integration.

4. User Content and Copyright Responsibility

Images and PDFs that you import, merge, or export through the App are your responsibility. You must confirm their lawful source, authorization scope, and intended use. Do not use the App to process content that infringes on another person's portrait rights, copyright, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests.

Any legal liability arising from merging, saving, or sharing such content through the App rests solely with the user, not with the App or its developer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
  • Device damage, data loss, or other losses resulting from use of the App
  • Damage caused by user error or misuse
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, iOS system updates causing compatibility issues)
  • Issues caused by third-party services or software

6. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchase transactions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms of service. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support. We do not directly handle payment or refund matters.

7. Third-Party Components

The App uses Apple system frameworks including PhotosUI, PDFKit, and StoreKit. It does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or crash reporting SDKs.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction where the developer is located.

If significant changes are made, we will notify you through app update notes or a prominent notice on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App.

This English version is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
