1. Overview
Image to PDF (Bundle ID: com.MASIYA.image2pdf, hereinafter "the App") is developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Key point: The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device only.
This policy is effective as of May 13, 2026. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This policy is available at any time via the App Store listing and this page.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, or other identifying information
- Location data
- Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
- Usage analytics or crash reports
Data stored locally on your device only (we cannot access this):
- The images you actively select, used only to generate PDFs on device
- Generated PDFs written to the system temporary directory (cleaned up periodically by the system or the App)
- Free generation counter and Pro purchase entitlement state
- App preferences (page size, orientation, etc.)
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited PDF generation. Free users have a 5-generation quota. All purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and restores are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not access, collect, or store any of your payment information. Transaction information is managed by Apple in accordance with its privacy policy.
4. Photos Access
The App uses Apple's system PhotosPicker to let you pick images. You only authorize access to the images you actively select. The App does not request full photo library access and does not scan or upload your entire library. Selected images are used only on device to generate PDFs.
5. Files Access
When you use "Import from Files", the App accesses only the files you actively pick through the system file picker. This operation:
- Only happens when you actively select files
- Does not scan other files or directories on your device
- Never uploads selected images to any server
- Writes generated PDFs to the system temporary directory by default — you choose whether to save them to Files or share them via the system share sheet
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell, transfer, or share any personal information with third parties. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.
7. Data Security
Your data security relies on iOS sandbox mechanisms and device encryption. Generated PDFs live in the system temporary directory by default until you choose to save them elsewhere. To permanently delete all data, simply delete the App from your iOS device.
In the event of a security incident that may affect user data, we will notify you within a reasonable time through app updates or on this page.
8. Minors' Protection
The App is a general-purpose image-to-PDF tool suitable for users of all ages. Since the App does not collect any personal information and does not include any social posting, user content distribution, or online community features, there is no scenario in which a minor's personal data could be collected or processed. We recommend that minors use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws (including China's Personal Information Protection Law), you have the right to access, copy, correct, and delete your personal information. Since we collect no personal information, no data access or deletion request to us is needed. To delete all locally stored data, simply delete the App from your device.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes, we will notify you through app update notes or a prominent notice on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App.

12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law.
Since the App does not collect any personal data, the data protection requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) do not materially apply. Nonetheless, we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the highest standards.
