1. Overview

Sanguo Baijian (Bundle ID: com.MASIYA.sanguo, hereinafter "the App") is developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Key point: The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device only.

This policy is effective as of July 11, 2026. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This policy is available at any time via the App Store listing and this page.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect:

  • Name, phone number, email address, or other identifying information
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
  • Usage analytics or crash reports

Data processed and stored locally on your device includes:

  • Personality test, strategy-style test, and quiz results that you actively complete
  • Favorites, reading history, recent searches, and test drafts
  • Local images, text, and result styles used to generate share cards
  • In-app purchase entitlement state, voluntary support item state, and app preferences

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases, including the one-time non-consumable "Ru Mu" unlock and optional consumable "Tian Deng Run Bi" support items. All purchases, refunds, and restores are processed through Apple's App Store payment system (StoreKit 2). We do not access, collect, or store any payment information, including credit card numbers, bank accounts, or Apple ID passwords. Entitlement state is determined from Apple-provided local transaction information and does not communicate with a developer server.

4. Photos Writing and System Sharing

The App can generate traditional-style share cards for test results and content entries. Share cards are exported through the iOS system share sheet. When you choose to save a share card to Photos, the App may request add-only Photos permission so it can write the image you generated to your system Photos library. The App does not read, scan, or upload your entire photo library.

5. App Store Services and Bundled Content

The core knowledge content is bundled in the App and can be browsed locally on device. Network access is mainly used to load StoreKit product information, complete or restore in-app purchases, and open external Apple legal pages such as the Standard EULA. We do not operate a developer server for collecting, analyzing, or syncing user usage data.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share any personal information with third parties. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

7. Data Security

Your data security relies on iOS sandbox mechanisms and device encryption. Favorites, reading history, search records, test results, and cached purchase entitlement state are stored on device. To permanently delete all local data, simply delete the App from your iOS device.

In the event of a security incident that may affect user data, we will notify you within a reasonable time through app updates or on this page.

8. Minors' Protection

The App is a Three Kingdoms knowledge exploration and light quiz tool. It does not include real social networking, user-generated content distribution, or an online community. Test results are for entertainment only and are not psychological or personality diagnoses. We recommend that minors use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

9. Your Rights

Under applicable privacy laws (including China's Personal Information Protection Law), you have the right to access, copy, correct, and delete your personal information. Since we collect no personal information, no data access or deletion request to us is needed. To delete all locally stored data, simply delete the App from your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you through app update notes or a prominent notice on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law.

Since the App does not collect any personal data, the data protection requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) do not materially apply. Nonetheless, we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the highest standards.
