Are my photos and videos uploaded to a developer server?
No. HomeVoyage does not use a custom account system or developer-operated backend. Photos and videos primarily stay on your device; iCloud sync and family sharing are provided by Apple iCloud / CloudKit.
Why do some journeys not appear on the map?
Map points depend on photo location metadata, manually entered places, or Apple reverse geocoding results. If a photo has no location metadata, the journey may not appear automatically on the map.
What is required for family sharing?
Family sharing relies on Apple CloudKit Sharing. The owner and invited members need to be signed in to iCloud and allow the system to complete sharing invitations and sync.
How do I restore Pro?
Open the Pro page from the profile area in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Transactions are processed by the Apple App Store; the developer does not access or store payment details.
How can I export photos and videos?
Use Export All Photos and Videos to Photos in the app settings. iOS may ask for permission to add items to your Photos library.
